Formosa Oolong Loose Leaf Tea
Fun Fact: The name "Oolong" translates to "Black Dragon" in Chinese. Legend says the tea was named after a tea farmer whose dark, twisting leaves resembled the graceful form of a dragon as they unfurled during brewing.
Flavor: Smooth, floral, lightly toasted with notes of honey, orchid, and stone fruit.
Pairs: well with Lavender, vanilla cinnamon, or orange infused honey & all plain honeys. Optional but delicious make it a latte with milk of your choice. Also delicious with buttery pastries, roasted almonds, shortbread cookies, or mild cheeses.
Brew Instructions: 1-3 tsp of tea in 8oz of hot water
Steep for 3-7 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
