Our Eye Health Loose Leaf Tea contains herbs naturally high in lutein and zeaxanthin two antioxidants that are great for eye health. It is also helpful for alleviating eye strain, soothing dry eyes, improving night vision, and helping to prevent cataracts and glaucoma.

Brew Instructions: 1-3 tsp of tea in 8 oz of hot water
