Great for supporting the Respiratory system. This tea was created for those who suffer with lung issues. This tea helps break up congestion, eliminates excess fluids, soothes and opens airways.

Pairs: well with rosemary infused honey and all plain honeys.

Flavor: minty with balanced earthiness 

Brew Instructions: 1-3 tsp of tea in 8oz of hot water
Steep for 3-7 minutes or until desired strength is reached.

Here are the some of the benefits of the herbs used in our Respiratory Tea.
Lungwort- remedy against lung diseases, such as tuberculosis, asthma and coughs. Lungwort contains antibiotics which act against bacteria responsible for chest infections. Lungwort is also used to treat gastrointestinal and kidney problems.

Mullein-is used for cough, whooping cough, tuberculosis, bronchitis, hoarseness, pneumonia, earaches, colds, chills, flu, swine flu, fever, allergies, tonsillitis, and sore throat. Other uses include asthma, diarrhea, colic, gastrointestinal bleeding, migraines, joint pain, and gout.

Sage is an expectorant which helps expel mucous from the respiratory track, beneficial for Sinusitis and Lung Congestion, infection, and cough

Peppermint-cooling element opens airways and has antiviral properties

Catnip-good for relaxing the lungs and soothing coughing spasms

Nettle-supports the respiratory system, anti-histamine
