For the best results, select a variety of bones as well as joints, knuckles and feet. Cooking low and slow and with an acidic ingredient like our FIRE CIDER will enhance nutrient extraction and add more healing properties and flavor.
Much like stock, it can be used as a base for soups, stews or sipped on as a nourishing and nutrient dense snack or meal.
It will require a minimum of 24 hours to make. We recommend using a crockpot, rather than on the stovetop, due to the length of time needed to extract all the medicinal minerals from the bones.
